Haldex päivitys

Itteäni kiinnostaisi nyt päivittää haldexia, jotenka haluisin kerätä hieman infoa/kokemusta/ eri vaihtoehtoja tänne. Se mitä tiedän liittyy pääsääntöisesti haldex gen1 malleihin... Haldexien hinnat on noussut korkealle ja näyttävät nousevan koko ajan. Mitä muita vekottimia on löytynyt? LMS:llä oli kaiketi jokin jossain vaiheessa, muttei taida enään olla?

Gen1:

HPA tekee oranssia boxia ns competition controller, nimi johtuneen että väritys oli ennen oranssi. Huonona/ hyvänä puolena on se että kytkeytyy jarruttaessa ja moottorijarrulla myös. Kuulemma autot lumella ja jäällä saavat tehdä töitä että pysyvät suoraan.

Blue
Tätä tuntuu saavan usemmastakin ulkomaisesta putiikista. HInta on vain kivunnut jo korkealle, 790£. Toimii samalla tavalla kuin alkuperäinen mutta antaa enemmän taakse kuin alkuperäinen. Olen kuullut alkuperäisen antavan minimissään 70 eteen ja maksimissaan 30 taakse. Sininenboxi antaa 50/50 Kuulemma muokkaa todella mukavaksi autoa.

On tullut esille että alkuperäistä boxia voisi päivitellä siniseksi. Olen lähettänyt mailia ja pyytänyt lisätietoja.

Hi yes we can do that, by rewriting haldex program it becomes same as blue with more agresive and quicker response to rear diff

Hi we are based in eastern europe Lithuania we dont convert from blue to normal we do normal to blue one and yes the ratio comes to 50/50

Kyselen juuri....Katotaan. Tällänen maili tuli kun kyselin muita juttuja:
hi we can change normal to orange but you will not be able to drive your car like normal in the city and after some time you will brake your rear diff because orange is ment to be driven on a race track so we wouldn't recomend you to do that, to make like blue one is the best i think but we can do both, sorry but we dont have a webpage for now.

Itselläni huonoja kokemuksia HPA tuotteista. R32:sen viritys imusarjalla teho tippui 20 hv ja sinne lähettetty ecu tuli viallisena takaisin.

Hi yes we are doing refurbs for the haldex pre charge pumps with the oem parts putting new motors in them and new seals with the main shaft seal aswell and balancing them so you geting back like new pump. Or we sell repair kits for the pump so its new motor and seals becasue some people can't wait till we get their pump repair it in one day and send it back because it takes a wile of the shipping time.
We also do repair haldex clutches puting new clutch disks in them and so on for haldes gen 1 ande gen 2.

Yes we have softwares for haldex controllers gen 1 and gen 2. Gen 2 software isn't worth to do because we have to install chips inside them and gen 2 controllers are sealed so its quite a lot of work and expensive.

Other thing we have some of original haldex blue controllers just then people who want to check if our reprogramed controller works the same. Because very rare but we had couple of people who were not happy so we wondered why. The problem was that they were driving vw golf tdi with 115hp 4motions and they said they didn't fellt any diference on tarmac but thats because of theyr horsepower of the cars with that hp car you can only feel diference on snow or on gravel. Its not enough power so thats why we decided to have couple original blue controller just incase.

Yep, samaa lueskelin netistä että imu tiputtaa tehoa....Mutta kuitenkin noissa R:issä tuo imusarja on se mikä jää rajottaa tehoa....

Alkaa talvi tehä tuloaan ja jonku virityksen tohon haldexii vois tehä. Miten MTBE hommasitko sä jonku virityksen sinne?

En hommannut, vähän olisi työn alla. Pitäisi ne öljytkin vaihtaa niin samalla...

Onkos siitä nyt sitten tietoa että uskaltaako sinne päivittäjälle lähettää tuota controller boksia? ja kauanko ne tekee sitä. Meinaan vaan että kun mulla taitaa olla boxi pimeänä niin se varmaan korjaantuu samalla? toillai eilen kahtelin hintoja niin sininen boxi pyöri jossain 650e paikkeilla.

Onko kukaan näitä kontrollereitaan päivitellyt? Itseäni kovasti kiinnostaisi tuon säätäminen neutraalimmaksi, mutta vaihtoehtoja ei tunnu olevan Gen2:lle kuin HPA, joka on kaukosäätimen kanssa varsin tyyris, $1400.

Näköjään HPA on jatkamassa supportia (Gen2+) TouchMotionilleen, joten jäämpä odottelemaan sitä.

Omasta vipottimesta paukahti todennäköisesti esipainepumppu ihan kertalaakista. Aamulla oli neliveto, aamupäivällä eväidenhakureissulla etuveto. Vielä pitää tarkistella liitin ja johdot tarkemmin, koska ajoin sulan kaivonkannen yli, missä oli korkeita jääröykkyjä. Noista "viribokseista" olen kyllä tietoinen, mutta voiko pelkästään tuo osa muuttaa vedon 50/50?
